Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo and American Express are all accepted credit cards, however, we CAN NOT take GIFT cards marked with the Visa/Master Card logo on-line at this time. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the items you have ordered have not been shipped by us or our vendor or have not been invoiced by our vendor. Any orders that are cancelled prior to shipment, not the fault of Camarillo Water Store, will be charged all credit card transaction fees that have been charged to us by our bank. The bank charges a fee when we charge a credit card and they charge a similar fee when there is a refund. The minimum credit card fees for a cancellation will be $ 3.00 for any credit card regardless of card holders fees charged by our bank. If your order has already been sent to our vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible in all cases. If you do receive an order that was canceled, please accept delivery of the item and call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-545-4122 for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 48 hours of receipt; however, it may take 10-15 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see and credits on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 10 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any and all shipping charges once the item has been returned in a re-saleable condition. Note: Filters, Membranes, Reverse osmosis systems, Filtration systems including whole home Filtration systems Can Not be retruned for any reasons due in part to health and safety laws. If you have a difective filter for some reason you must contact our customer service department at 1-805-445-4122 for instructions.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused by our shipping department, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid restocking charges, please return all merchandise in it's original box and packing materials, including all accessories and any owner's manual that may have come with your items. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 15 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from any credited amount of any returns.

Personalized items, special ordered merchandise are not returnable for any reason. Refurbished merchandise can only be returned if damaged in shippment, refurbished merchandise will be repaired and returned to customer. The customer is responsable for all shipping charges to and from the customers address. If you an item is refused for any reason we will not be responsable for return shipping charges, the customer is responsable for all shipping cost in any case. Camarillo Water Store will not be responsable for any item shiped outside the US as we do not control export duties or import duties from any other contury. It is the customers responsablity for all shipping cost regardless of any problems. What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated time of delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund less any credit card charges at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our on-line products with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or the shipping vendor conducts business within your shipping address state this is determend by each states sales tax code and is beyond our control. Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order it can take upto 72 hours before your items are shipped. The standard shipping time for most orders shipped via UPS ground is 3-5 business days depending on when you placed your order with us on-line and where your items are going. UPS charges on-line are an estmate that is charged to you when you place your order with us on-line. In some rare cases UPS will charge extra delivery charges for rual ares and may charge extra delivery charges for larger items and/or special handling charges are assess from UPS for extra delivery upon there rates. These charges are out of our hands and UPS does not list these charges until billed by UPS. Please refer to www.ups.com for more information about these charges. These extra charges will be billed to your credit card once UPS has billed us for thoes charges. You will only be bill for extra UPS charges that are billed to us should this occur. Large items such as commerical reverse osmosis systems, water coolers and some other items are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and may take from 10-20 business days to arrive depending on when you placed your order.Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, However there is a small service charge added to all P.O. Box orders. Please check with us on charges. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service, USPS will NOT ensure proper delivery to a P.O. Box or APO box. USPS does offer limited deliver services to A.P.O., F.P.O. and foreign addresses please contact us via email for more information on this service.Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to the size of box the item is shiped in and the over all weight of the item and destination by zip code.

Because we do not warehouse many of our items, your order maybe shipped directly from one of our authorized vendors across the country. Our individual vendors may ultimately determine the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.

Most of our products are shipped via UPS Ground service (because they offer package insurance and excellent on-line tracking of packages). Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier (freight company), and will require higher shipping rates. Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fees and can be costly.

Shipping to Business Addresses:
There is a small discount for shipping to a commercial address. Businesses operated out of a home, apartment or side business don't count! (That's a UPS rule, not ours.)
The rule is, if someone lives there - it's not a business. Please don't use a business name unless it's an actual commercial address. So, if you're ordering to your home, please don't put "Jim's Water Service" in the business name field.

IMPORTANT:We will be be fined by UPS if we ship to a "business address" which turns out to be a residence or apartment. If we're fined for your address, we will charge your credit card for the fine (usually $8-$10 per box.) This charge may be applied weeks or months after your order is completed.This is non-negotiable and non-refundable!!!!Again, we only charge you the actual amount, we don't add any profit.Back to Top
